Noida: Residents of ACE Divino in Sector 1 of Bisrakh and people in the nearby school area have raised concerns over persistent dust pollution and deteriorating roads allegedly linked to heavy vehicle movement around a Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant.

Located approximately 200 metres from the residential society, the plant sees regular movement of concrete mixers and other heavy trucks. Residents say the traffic has contributed to dust accumulation and construction material being scattered across nearby roads, making conditions increasingly difficult for the local community.

How Is the RMC Plant Affecting Nearby Roads and Residents?

According to Nitin Chaudhary, a resident of ACE Divino, cement dust and other construction material frequently accumulate on the newly built road connecting the nearby school area with the rear gate of the society. He said the movement of heavy concrete mixer trucks travelling to and from the RMC plant has aggravated the problem.

Residents have also raised concerns about the condition of the road connecting ATS Chowk to the main entrance of ACE Divino. Despite being constructed recently, the road has reportedly deteriorated again.

Locals suspect that frequent movement of heavy vehicles and construction material falling onto the road may have contributed to the damage. However, the exact cause of the deterioration has not yet been technically verified.

Repeated Complaints Filed on the Uttar Pradesh Public Grievance Portal

Seeking action to address the problems, Chaudhary has repeatedly submitted complaints through the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s public grievance portal, known as the Jansunwai portal.

His first complaint was filed on April 16, 2026, under reference number 40014126013460. When the situation reportedly remained unchanged, he submitted another complaint on October 21, 2026, under reference number 40014126052462.

Despite the repeated complaints, residents say dust pollution and the damaged road conditions continue to affect the area. The matter has also been brought to the attention of the pollution control department and administrative officials through written representations.

Residents are seeking intervention from the concerned authorities to address the dust problem, examine the condition of the roads and take appropriate action based on the findings.
