Is this a reshuffle limited only to Kashi Vishwanath Temple?

The scope of the administrative reshuffle made late on Sunday night is quite large. The government has changed the responsibilities of 14 IAS and 34 PCS officers. Many additional district magistrates, sub-district magistrates and other senior officers including chief development officers of three districts have also been given new postings.
