A famous YouTuber in the country has been threatened with murder. The YouTuber who received the threat is named Sourabh Joshi. Through an email, Sourabh was threatened that if he did not pay ₹5 crore in extortion money, he would be shot. The threatening email came from the Bhau Gang. Sourabh has lodged a written complaint with the police and has also sought security. Based on Sourabh’s complaint, the police have registered a case and started investigating. Sourabh is a resident of Haldwani, Uttarakhand. In the complaint given to the police, he stated that on 15 September he received the threatening email. The sender of the email claimed that he was connected to the Bhau Gang. By sending the mail, ₹5 crore was demanded as extortion. Not only that, but the threat said that if ₹5 crore was not paid, he would be shot.
This is not the first time Sourabh has been threatened
In fact, a person named Bhau lives in Delhi. He is known as a “small don.” In this matter, the police said that the case has been registered and the email received by Sourabh is being investigated. Very soon the entire matter will be disclosed. It is noteworthy that this is not the first time YouTuber Sourabh has received such a threat. Even before this, Sourabh has received similar threats.
The YouTuber was also threatened last year
In November last year, one of his fans, Arun Kumar, who is a resident of Banda (Badaun), went to the colony and handed over a threatening letter to Sourabh. The letter handed to Sourabh by his fan bore the name of the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. However, within 24 hours the police arrested the accused. The accused had written the letter using the name of the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang for money. He had no connection with the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang.
