What are the benefits of Mango seeds?

It is also believed that when mango seeds are used in powder form, they improve our digestive health by increasing good bacteria in our guts. It eliminates problems like diarrhea and indigestion.

Here are the steps that should be followed wisely:

The first step is to wash the pits finely to remove all the leftover fruit pulp.
Secondly, you have to dry the pit in the sun for a minimum of two to three days until the outer portion of the seed becomes brittle.
Remove the woody outer shell using a hard kitchen tool.
Pull out the soft, white seed kernel hidden inside and cut it into smaller pieces, which helps the seeds to dry faster.
Spread them on a clean cloth and leave them under direct sunlight for several days. Let them bone-dry.
After it becomes completely hard and crisp, grind or blend it until it forms a fine, smooth powder.
Lastly, add some spices like a pinch of roasted cumin powder, asafoetida, and black salt for taste, then transfer the powder into a clean airtight glass jar.

How to consume it?

The taste of the powder can be bitter as it naturally contains tannins. Before consuming it, make sure the seeds are completely free of mold before blending them into a powder.
