New Delhi: A shocking case has come to light from Delhi’s Mehrauli area, where a man killed his 30-year-old wife. He suspected his wife of infidelity, so he committed this horrific crime. After the murder, he buried the body in the cemetery with the help of his friends. The police have revealed this case and arrested three accused, including the husband.
How was it revealed?
According to the police, a friend of the deceased woman had lodged a missing person report on August 10. After this, the police started an investigation, and with the help of CCTV footage and other technical evidence, it was found that the woman was being taken in a car by her husband, Shabab Ali, along with his friends on July 31.
Confessed to murder and burial
After rigorous interrogation, husband Shabab Ali confessed his crime. He said that on August 2, he killed his wife by first giving her sleeping pills and then giving her poisonous pesticide. After this, with the help of his two friends Shahrukh and Tanveer, he buried the body in Chandanhaula cemetery overnight. On August 15, the police exhumed the body from the grave in the presence of the SDM.
The arrested accused
The police have arrested the main accused in this case: Shabab Ali (47 years, painter by profession), Shahrukh Khan (28 years, electrician), and Tanveer (25 years, painter). The police have also recovered the car used in the crime. The search for another accused in this case is on.
