The Commissioner of Mirzapur, IAS Balakrishna Tripathi, has been transferred and appointed as Secretary in the General Administration Department at the Secretariat. Rajesh Kumar will now serve as the new Commissioner of Mirzapur. This change is expected to strengthen the administrative structure and speed up development work in the district with a fresh approach.
Who got new roles in Kaushambi and Balrampur?
Kaushambi District Magistrate Madhusudan Hulgi has been moved to the Chief Minister’s Office as Special Secretary. Meanwhile, Balrampur DM Ravish Gupta has been appointed as the Managing Director of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam, Meerut. IAS Kritika Jyotsna has been appointed as the new District Magistrate of Basti and has already taken charge of her new post. She is expected to play a key role in the district’s development. IAS Prakhar Singh has been appointed as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Varanasi, IAS Himanshu Nagpal as the Municipal Commissioner, and IAS Purn Vohra as the Vice Chairman of the Varanasi Development Authority. These new appointments are expected to accelerate development projects and improve the city’s governance.
In Kushinagar, IAS Vandita Srivastava has been made the new CDO, while IAS Dhanalakshmi has been given the charge of Director General, Fisheries Department.
