The Bihar Assembly election results have resulted in a landslide victory for the NDA. With this, the process of forming a new government in the state has intensified. The NDA will form the new government on November 20th. Several ministers, including the Chief Minister, will be sworn in at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Current Chief Minister 
CM has resigned from his post. However, the Governor has requested him to remain as acting Chief Minister.

The formation of the new government in Bihar is scheduled for November 20th. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the event, along with Chief Ministers and Ministers from several states. Preparations for this have been intensified at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.

Meanwhile, BJP General Secretary and Bihar in-charge Vinod Tawde will travel to Patna today. Upon arrival, he will further discuss cabinet distribution and government formation. He will also oversee preparations for the swearing-in ceremony and the BJP legislative party meeting.

Nitish Kumar submitted his resignation to the Governor

Nitish Kumar submitted his resignation to Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Monday. Before submitting his resignation, a final cabinet meeting was held, in which a resolution to dissolve the current assembly was passed. The current assembly will be dissolved on November 19th.

JDU and BJP legislative party meeting to be held tomorrow

Following the resounding election victory, a meeting of the JDU legislative party has been called tomorrow, Tuesday. A meeting of the BJP legislative party has also been called for November 19th. First, all parties will hold separate meetings. This will be followed by a joint meeting of the NDA. The legislative party leader will be elected, and then a claim to form a new government will be presented.

Nitish Kumar will remain in office till November 19

With the Governor’s notice, it has become clear that Nitish Kumar will remain Chief Minister until November 19th. During this period, he will continue to handle the regular administrative work of the state. Once the Assembly is dissolved, the process of forming a new government will begin, with the majority party or coalition having the opportunity to form the government.

Nitish Kumar will take oath as CM for the 10th time!

The term of the current Bihar Legislative Assembly ends on November 22nd. It will be essential to form a new government before then. This is why the new government will be formed on November 20th. If Nitish Kumar takes the oath of office this time, he will become the Chief Minister of Bihar for the 10th time.

The new cabinet will have 36 ministers. Discussions are currently underway on the ministerial allocation formula. The allocation of ministerial quotas has not yet been finalized. However, it is being said that one minister will be appointed for every six MLAs.
