Finely chop different vegetables including carrots, beans, peas, capsicum, coriander leaves and mix them in it and then put it in a mold and prepare the Idli by steaming it. Moong dal chilla recipe
If you want to give a protein rich lunch, then moong dal cheela will be a great food in the children’s tiffin. It will not take much time to prepare it. Soak the washed lentils overnight and grind them in the mixer in the morning to make cheela. You can also add paneer and vegetable filling in it. Rava upma is light and tasty
If you have absolutely no time, then instead of instant noodles, it is better to make Rava Upma and pack it in the child’s tiffin. For this, first roast the semolina a little, but the color should not change. After this, put a little oil or desi ghee in the pan and crackle the mustard seeds, add curry leaves and fry basic spices, onion, tomato and some vegetables.
