Mumbai: Just days after the Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and actress Deepika Padukone have stepped up security outside their Mumbai residence, Harry Boxer, a prominent member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has released a new voice note, saying that will “hurt” his entire staff if he does not “fall in line”, according to media reports.
What did the audio clip say?
In the audio message, which was accessed by the Hindustan Times, Boxer identified himself as a representative of the Bishnoi gang.
In the voice note, the man is referencing a previous disagreement where Ranveer allegedly went back on his word.
Boxer in the audio is saying, “Baat se mukarne ki saza kya hoti hai tujhe bataenge (We will show you what is the punishment for going back on one’s word).
The man warned Ranveer Singh that instead of hurting him, the Bishnoi gang will hurt his staff members.
He claimed that they have all the details of the family members, staff and managers and further said that they know where and when the staff works.
“Ranveer Singh, you’re very fond of giving advice-telling people to go file an application or report it at the police station. Fine, and you did it too-no problem. Now listen to me. Everyone who works under you-managers, staff-we have their details: where they live, when they go to the office, when they come home, where their families live. We have all the details. We won’t say anything to you directly-we’ll start hurting them. That’s when you’ll come to your senses,” Boxer said.
Boxer also said that Ranveer’s “next seven generations” will remember the consequences of his actions.
Did he warn other actors also?
The Bishnoi gang member also warned Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty and entire Bollywood industry, saying that “fall in line”.
“Line pe aajao, agar nahi aaye toh baad mein dekhna kya karte hain hum log”, which translates to, “fall in line-if you don’t, you’ll see later what we do,” he said in the voice note.
Was Rohit Shetty attacked by the gang?
Five rounds of firing were reported outside film director Rohit Shetty’s Mumbai residence on January 31, after which the Mumbai Crime Branch is investigating the matter. During the investigation, it was revealed that Rohit Shetty was the main target of the attackers in this firing.
After the firing incident, a post shared by Shubham Lonkar and Aarzoo Bishnoi went viral on social media. The post, which is written in Hindi, takes the responsibility and also warns for the worst.
