Crime News: There must be many lovers wishing to take their girlfriend to the moon. Hundreds of Bollywood songs, like ‘Aao tumhe chaand pe le jaayen…,’ talk about going to the moon. But can anyone steal for the desire to have a ‘relationship’ with his girlfriend on the moon? That too worth Rs 184 crore. This ‘great man’ was none other than an intern at the American space agency NASA.

He promised his girlfriend to go to the moon and started fulfilling it. Only the path was different. According to the FBI, NASA intern Thad Robert hatched a conspiracy. He planned to steal about 17 pounds (about 7.7 kg) of stones and meteorites brought from the surface of the moon during the Apollo mission from a space center in America. Its value was about 21 million dollars (about Rs 184 crore). This 24-year-old man had degrees in 3 subjects.

What was the plan?

About 23 years ago, Robert made a foolproof plan. First of all, he found a customer who was ready to buy this stone from the surface of the moon from him. During this time, he met another NASA intern. 22-year-old Tiffany Fowler, very attractive in appearance. Robert was married, but he fell in love with Tiffany at first sight. Not only this, he also included her in his plan. Another intern was included in this plan. Using NASA ID, the three together carried out the theft from Johnson Space Center. They took away the entire safe in which the material brought from the surface of the moon was brought. In the hotel, they cut it with a machine.

Then made a ‘relationship’ on the ‘moon’

Robert kept some of the moonstones with himself because he wanted to fulfill one of his fantasies. He spread those stones under the bedsheet on his bed and then had sex with Tiffany on the same. According to Robert, this was not at all comfortable. But he wanted to experience special moments with his girlfriend on the moon.

Stole dinosaur bones too

He had no idea that the FBI knew every detail of his conspiracy from the beginning. As soon as he went to sell the rest of the moon’s surface stones, he was caught. He was jailed for 8 years but was released in 6 years only. Investigation revealed that he had committed theft earlier too. He had also stolen dinosaur bones and fossils from another museum.
