New Delhi: After officially confirming their wedding on social media with a beautiful name tag ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’, a nickname given to couple by their fans, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda were on Monday arrived in Udaipur for their wedding on February 26.
Where will the marriage happen?
About three days before ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’, the couple arrived in Udaipur airport with their family and directly left for the hotel.
The wedding rituals will reportedly take place at a hotel in Kailashpuri on the Udaipur-Nathdwara highway.
What was the couple wearing?
The soon-to-be-wed couple arrived at the airport in fully bossy and classy vibe mode.
Rashmika chose a smart formal casual blue pantsuit with white shirt and shades on. She styled the look with deep wine-red peep-toe stilettos but what caught the attention was her engagement ring.
The actress was accompanied by her family members as well. Rashmika’s mother and sister, Shiman, were seen at the airport.
Vijay also looked handsome in all black leather jacket and white shirt. The actor sported a vintage look with moustache.
The actor and his father were seen seated in the car which was heading to the Udaipur resort for the wedding.
Vijay’s brother and actor Anand Deverakonda was also seen getting inside the car.
When the couple confirm about marriage?
Rashmika and Vijay Deverakonda on Sunday put an end to months of speculation and confirmed their wedding on Instagram post.
On Sunday, the couple took to their respective Instagram handles and revealed that their union will officially be known as ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’.
The note read, “Our Dearest loves, Before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves—you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘VIROSH’. So today — with full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour. We would like to name it — ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’. Thank you for holding us with so much love. You are a part of us — always. Biggest hugs and full love!”
Where will the reception happen?
Last week, a wedding card had been doing rounds on the social media which revealed the details of the reception.
The invitation announced a February 26 wedding ceremony followed by a reception on March 4 in Hyderabad.
The invitation read, “I’m writing to share some special news and to invite you to be part of a huge moment in our lives. With the love and blessings of our families, Rashmika and I will be getting married on 26.02.26 in a small and intimate ceremony. As we begin this new chapter, celebrating and creating memories around our union, it would truly mean a lot to us to celebrate with those who have been a part of our journeys. Your presence and blessings would make this occasion even more special for us.”
