National News: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta was attacked during a public hearing on Wednesday. After the attack, for the first time, CM Rekha Gupta reached Gandhinagar for a public event. On this occasion, the CM said, “Your CM will neither be afraid nor stop.” She further said, “Today I am very happy to be among my brothers and sisters of Gandhinagar.” Today I want to give two gifts to the people of Gandhinagar. First, we have given the responsibility of the entire Yamunapar to our brother Arvinder Singh Lovely. We have made him the chairman of the development board. Regarding the cleaning of Yamuna, the CM said, “I want to tell those mothers who are waiting for Yamuna to be cleaned that with time, Yamuna will be seen flowing uninterrupted.” Water and sewer lines will be laid. This Didi of yours will neither stop nor be afraid. She will keep fighting for you.
The CM further said, “Adopt Swadeshi.” You have created a huge source of income. People who used to roam around in South Delhi till yesterday came to Gandhi Nagar market today. This has to be taken forward. Our district has expertise in readymade clothes; we have to take it to the global level.

The Chief Minister praised Arvinder Singh Lovely, saying he always held high positions in government but chose BJP for change and development. Targeting AAP, he said Delhi regressed in the past decade and now needs leaders with vision. He announced two gifts for Gandhi Nagar—appointing Lovely to oversee Yamuna Par and promising funds as per budget requests. The CM also highlighted poor DTC bus route mapping, assuring fixed routes starting from across the Yamuna. Rekha Gupta added that Yamuna’s uninterrupted flow and modern facilities will soon be ensured for residents.
