Students Take to Streets in Patna, Break Barricades During March Towards CM House

Patna: 15 student organisations started a foot march in Patna on Tuesday demanding alleged irregularities in competitive examinations, transparency and accountability in the recruitment process. During the march that started from Gandhi Maidan, students broke the police barricades at JP Golambar and moved towards Dak Bungalow. In view of the demonstration, about 1200 policemen and officers have been deployed in the city.
