Lucknow: Shraddha Dubey, the main accused in the Shiva Sharma murder case of Lucknow, has made many important revelations during police interrogation. According to police sources, while answering questions related to lipstick marks and underwear found on the dead body, Shraddha said that on the day of the incident, she had taken off Shiva Sharma’s clothes and forced him to dance. Why was the judicial custody of the accused extended till November 13?
After completion of the interrogation, the police presented Shraddha Dubey in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate on Saturday through video conferencing. The court sent him to judicial custody till November 13. The judicial custody of Shraddha’s sister Rashmi Dubey and driver Danish has also been extended till the same date. Police say that many important information has been obtained during the interrogation, but answers to some questions related to the case are yet to be found. After this, the police made all three sit face-to-face and asked questions and compared their answers. Investigation also revealed that Shraddha allegedly used to put pressure on Shiva. According to the police, Shiva was made to do daily chores and was even forced to press Shraddha’s feet. It is alleged that Shraddha had also made many such videos, which she used to blackmail Shiva.
The pen drive claims to contain information related to which people?
During interrogation, Shraddha mentioned a pen drive. According to police sources, she claimed that it contained material related to some influential people and officials, which she used to blackmail them. Shraddha also mentioned a person named ‘Sir Ji’ during interrogation. According to him, an FIR was lodged in the Hazratganj police station through this person. The police can now examine the pendrive and its contents. At present, these claims are yet to be independently verified.
Why was personal appearance demanded in court?
During the appearance through video conferencing, Shraddha Dubey sought permission from the court to appear in person. When CJM asked her the reason for this, she could not give any answer. The court said that if necessary, she can be called personally and her appearance and hearing can be conducted. After this Shraddha did not raise any further points, and the hearing was completed.
