Women Slap, Punch, and Pull Hair Over Seat in Delhi Metro

A Delhi Metro train turned into a scene of chaos when two women fought over a seat, slapping, punching, and pulling each other’s hair. The fight happened even though there seemed to be plenty of empty seats in the coach. The clip of the incident has quickly gone viral on social media. The quarrel started as a verbal argument but quickly escalated into physical violence. The women were seen pulling each other’s hair, slapping, and punching, and at one point, they nearly toppled over a seat while wrestling. It is believed that another passenger captured the fight on video, which soon went viral online.

Passengers React During the Fight

As the fight went on, the train doors opened, and some passengers quietly stepped out. A few tried to stop the women, but their efforts were unsuccessful. The exact reason for the clash is not confirmed, though initial reports suggest it may have been over seating. The video clip has found mixed reactions across social media platforms. One user on X wrote, “Delhi Metro is always entertaining.” Another said, “Classic Delhi Metro moment. “Full of drama, comedy, and entertainment, who needs TV when you have live kalesh over seats every day?” A different comment read, “Delhi Metro never disappoints.”

A History of Metro Clashes

This was not the first time such an incident happened. Earlier this year, another video showed two women fighting over a seat after a small argument turned into slapping, hair-pulling, and shouting.
