Kriti Sanon’s trainer shared that the actress sweated it out in the gym six days a week. She wasn’t aiming for a “size zero” figure but rather a fit and muscular physique. Consequently, she couldn’t afford to skip the gym even for a single day. Even on days when she didn’t feel like it, she had to show up and work out with full dedication. The director had clearly specified that her body needed to look lean yet toned on camera, all while retaining the natural glow of her face.

Kriti Sanon’s workout routine incorporated elements like heavy strength training, incline walking, and Zone 2 cardio. Heavy strength training involves weight-lifting exercises that help strengthen muscles and give the body a toned appearance; this includes exercises such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts, and shoulder presses. Meanwhile, incline walking involves walking on a treadmill set to an incline. Compared to regular walking, it helps burn more calories and engages the leg, glute, and core muscles more effectively.
