Coaching Clash: Khan Sir Temporary Protection From Arrest Granted By Patna Court, Rival Raushan Anand's Bail Rejected

Patna: Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, has received legal relief in connection with the violent clash. The incident took place outside his coaching institute. The Patna Civil Court, during a hearing on his anticipatory bail plea, ordered that he should not be arrested for the time being, granting him temporary protection from arrest.

The entire episode traces back to a dispute over rival claims of success in the Bihar Police constable recruitment examination. On the night of June 2, Khan Sir put up a poster claiming that 12,000 of his students had cleared the test to recruit 19,383 police constables. His centre shares the same locality as Raushan Anand’s Gyan Bindu GS Academy, which had similarly claimed that 10,000 of the selected candidates were its students.

What did Raushan Anand’s lawyer say to the media?

On this matter, the Director of Gyan Bindu GS Academy had also been jailed. Raushan Anand’s lawyer claimed that he was trapped by Khan Sir. The lawyer further added that the incident is very clear. Despite being all this, the police had arrested Raushan Anand.

Advocate of Raushan Anand, Niranjan Kumar, spoke to the media and said that Khan Sir had agreed to allow the open fire by the security guards. Following this, CCTV footage also went viral. When the pictures came out then the police itself initiate the legal process.

These things are not just uncultured but also appear to be a criminal mind behind this. Niranjan Kumar also said that the bail granted to Khan Sir, I’ll challenge it.
Anand Sir would have also granted the bail, but because of some technical constraints, the bail cannot be offered.

Raushan Anand’s bail petition rejected?

Noting that, Patna Civil Court granted interim relief to Khan Sir during the hearing of his anticipatory bail plea, directing that he should not be arrested for the time being. This relief came despite Khan Sir being named in an FIR that includes serious charges related to the alleged illegal use of armed weapons and firearms during the violent incident outside his coaching institute.

The Director of Gyan Bindu Academy, Raushan Anand, has suffered a major setback in the coaching centre dispute and firing case. A court rejected his bail application after reserving its decision following a hearing.
