First, if you lost your Aadhaar Card, just go to the UIDAI website, and you can download it after filling in some basic details like Aadhaar Number and Enrollment Number.

What to do to recover Aadhaar Card?
Basic information must be with you before proceeding to recover your IDs. With the help of Mobile Number and mail id, you can access your ID. Make sure that the phone number and Email ID are linked with the Aadhaar Card.
UIDAI also provides an option to access the Aadhaar card. By choosing the option “Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID/UID” and filling in details like Mobile Number and e-mail ID. The OTP will be required to access the ID, which will be sent to your applicable contact details.
How to download?
Once filled the OTP, the file will be visible. After clicking on the e-Aadhaar section and then downloading, the file will be saved on your device.
