TI Binay Singh Rushes to Unconscious Parmila’s Aid, Gets Her to RR Hospital in Time

New Delhi: During VVIP duty, the Delhi Police once again displayed its humanitarian side, strengthening the bond of trust between the police and the public. A road accident had left a woman injured and unconscious on the road, while chaos prevailed at the spot. Amid the commotion, TI Kalyanpuri Binay Singh, who was deployed on duty, noticed the injured woman. What followed became an example of humanity alongside duty.

According to the information available, a woman was hit by a car bearing registration number RJ-14 CM-7632, which was travelling from Gurugram towards Dhaula Kuan. In the accident, around 40-year-old Parmila, wife of Neeraj Dagar, fell on the road and lost consciousness. Considering the seriousness of the situation, TI Binay Singh did not wait for an ambulance or other assistance. Instead, he immediately used his official vehicle to help the injured woman.

Did Not Forget His Human Duty Amid VVIP Deployment

At the time, TI Binay Singh was deployed with his team along the designated VVIP route. He had the responsibility of ensuring VVIP security, but at the same time, a woman was struggling for her life on the road. Without wasting any time, he transported Parmila to Army RR Hospital in his official vehicle.

Immediately after reaching the hospital, Parmila was admitted to the emergency department, where doctors began treating her. Reaching the hospital on time and receiving immediate medical attention helped save her life.

She Had Come to Visit Her Mother, But Became a Victim Herself

Parmila is originally a resident of Mahipalpur, New Delhi. She had reportedly come to RR Hospital to visit her mother, who is battling cancer. While on her way to check on her mother, Parmila herself became a victim of a road accident.

During this difficult time, police personnel stepped forward to assist the family. Following the incident, TI Binay Singh also met Parmila’s brother, Mohit Sehwag, and helped throughout the process of taking her to the hospital.

Camera Footage May Not Show Everything, But Police Efforts Were Clear

The available camera footage related to the incident did not clearly capture the entire sequence of events. However, the footage does show TI Binay Singh’s official vehicle arriving at the spot and taking the injured woman to RR Hospital.

Despite the limitations of the footage, the police team made every possible effort to ensure that the injured woman received immediate medical attention.

The incident is not merely a story of a road accident; it also reflects the humanitarian side of the police force, which continues to place human life above all else even in difficult circumstances. The pressure of VVIP duty remained, but at that moment, the injured woman’s life became the top priority.

The prompt action by TI Binay Singh and his team sent a clear message that the police uniform is not only about enforcing the law but also about saving lives when people are in need.
